You've found what you're looking for! Now what? Follow these simple steps to complete the transaction...

1. If you haven't already done so, get mortgage prequalified. Provide a letter of pre-qualification to the seller with the contract.
2. Tell the sellers you want to make an offer. If you don't have the paperwork, ask the homeowner. We can provide them with the required sales contract.
3. If you choose to get one, make sure you get the home inspected and request for any necessary repairs done as soon as possible.
4. Contact a real estate closing attorney. The attorney will prepare & review your documents for you and schedule your closing.
5. Attend the closing. Congratulations, you've done it! Now you're ready to hire a moving and storage company and move into your new home.
